The public does not need to wait in line.Our multi function counter provides service even at noon, in consideration of the working public. When the public enter the revenue office, they can get easily obtain relevant information.
In order to avoid waiting in line, the multi function counter utilizes a number machine. By following numbers in an orderly fashion, we hope to establish a comfortable business environment.>
5.3 Providing MSN and Skype audio-visual conferencing service Using recently established online technology to offer client oriented service, we can provide consultation for different groups, elevating service quality.
5.4 Actively informing handicapped individuals to apply for exemption reviewing of vehicle license tax.
After appraisal of handicap status, the individual should report their status two months before expiry and apply for a ew handicapped manual in order to continue exemption of vehicle license tax.
5.5 Providing blank Land and Construction Purchase and Gift Deed forms
In order to make the application for land value increment tax and deed tax more convenient, we have mandated that the and Administration Office provide the public with blank forms Land and Construction Purchase and Gift Deed forms. hese forms are provided in our office as well as in the Jhudong Division. One service offered is to assist with the illing out these forms.
5.6 Setting up a special counter for simplified non-increment prompt notice for land value increment tax
To improve administrative efficiency, there is a special counter for simplified non-incremental prompt notice for land alue increment tax. We hope to immediately handle cases at the time of filing land transference, such as the non-ncrement exemption on land value increment tax. We dispatch people to Hsinchu Motor Vehicle and Information Office to handle license tax refund in a way to extend ur service range and make publicity on regulations of licenses and penalties at appropriate time.

You can use cash, ATM card, account transfer, credit card or convenience stores, phone account transfer or chip ATM ard for online payment of house tax, land value tax and license tax.

In order to stay current with the world outside of Taiwan, the taxation office has bilingual signs as well as an English ebsite. In the hope of serving local people as well as foreigners, we have made every effort to create a bilingual taxation nvironment.
